Darby has been a Commodity Trader for the past 10 years and has physically traded in gold and other precious metals, hardwoods, coffee, cocoa, cashews, rice, sugar, flour and a range of other soft and hard commodities.
He has spent considerable time on the ground in the African and Asian continents physical trading over the past 10 years trades to the value over several billion dollars, in soft and hard commodities.
Rick Chapman
He also assisted in the development of ESpeed, Cantor Fitzgerald’s fully electronic trading platform.
Rick brings over 30 years of trusted business relationships. His greatest attribute has always been developing and maintaining business rapports within various sectors including financial, technology and oil and gas.
Fareed Alzarooni
Fareed is an Emirati national brought up in a family with a strong head for business. He was exposed, from a young age to the way of doing business in the Middle East by his elders.
Learning the tricks of the trade as a youngster, he developed and refined his business acumen to what it is today. He is an active member of the Alzarooni Family, one of the wealthiest and most highly respected reputable families in Dubai.
He is an accomplished banker with a powerful network in the UAE and throughout the Gulf Cooperation Countries. His background involves major and varied businesses and brands that have proven their success over the past 50 years contributing to the economy of the UAE within several industries and sectors.
Neel Gondhia
With over 15 years’ experience in banking and finance within the UAE, Neel ventured into the crypto market by buying his first bitcoin in 2014.
Since then he has been involved, both as an investor into several blockchain venture and as a seasoned buyer of crypto and he understands the complexities surrounding the crypto market as well as understanding the fundamental structures of the various blockchains.
Amin Padamsi
Mr. Padamsi was with Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) from 2001 to 2021 and he retired from the bank in late 2020. During this time, he had various positions across SCB. These included Executive Director Division Head Commercial Banking, Executive Director Division Head Commercial Clients and Director Head Cash Management / Transaction Banking.
Prior to SCB he was with Grindlays Bank Ltd as the Head of Trade Services from 1992 to 2000. SCB acquired Grindlays in 2000, after which Grindlays name fell out of use. He has worked extensively in the areas of trade finance and corporate banking around commodity transactions.
